"Designers are Problem solvers"
I learned that before you start designing for your client, you must have a thorough planning.
Designers need to have Goal, The Audience, Budget and Timeline in solving problem.
We wrote 10 questions for our client who asked us to make a Brochure as a seatwork and try to make a Creative Brief, a page summary containing the following:
- Project Name - This is where all begun when you need to create a page summary of your current project.
- The Goals you need to accomplished for finishing your project. Your guidelines of what you suppose to do, and planning of the Budget and Timeline.
- Client
- Description of your current project.
- Deadline - It is crucial not to follow the deadline, so always manage your time.
- Budget
- Your Audience must be suitable of your product or information your going to show, depending of their Age, Gender and individual taste.
- Benchmarks if have one, Having some references to make your design more appealing is acceptable and can be use to improve your Project.
- Color
We also need to make a blog every week about what we learned in one meeting and always be updated for online requirements.
